The purchase price is $1,100 unless a different amount is stated for this puppy’s listing.

Any waitlist fee ($300) or reservation fee ($750) already paid is credited toward the purchase price. Buyer must disclose prior payments so Breeder can apply the correct credit before final payment.

The puppy will not leave Breeder’s care until the full purchase price is paid and required documents are completed. Typical go-home age is around eight weeks, after veterinary checks and early socialization.

Buyer receives veterinary records and a written health guarantee as described in the signed packet provided at transfer. Lifetime breeder support is available for care and settling-in questions. The written health-guarantee document controls exact coverage.

After adoption / transfer, all sales are final. There are no refunds after the puppy has been transferred to Buyer, including for change of mind, housing restrictions, allergies, or lifestyle changes.

Buyer agrees to provide appropriate food, shelter, veterinary care, and a safe home suitable for a Dachshund, and to follow reasonable back-safe handling guidance provided by Breeder.

This Contract is read together with any Reservation or Waitlist Agreement previously signed, Breeder’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and the written health guarantee delivered at go-home.

By signing below, Buyer confirms they have read and understand this Contract — including purchase price, credits, final-sale terms, and the health-guarantee process — and agree to adopt the puppy described above.
