This Reservation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Golden Haus Dachshunds ("Breeder"), operated by Charlotte Ivy, and the Buyer identified below, to reserve a specific Dachshund puppy currently listed as Available.

This Agreement reserves an available puppy. It is not a waitlist agreement for future litters. Buyer does not need to join the waitlist to reserve an available puppy.

Buyer agrees to pay a reservation fee of $750 to hold the puppy identified above. This fee is credited toward the $1,100 purchase price (or the listing price if different).

After the reservation fee, the remaining balance is typically $350, due before go-home under the Adoption Contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The $750 reservation fee is refundable if Buyer withdraws before the puppy is transferred. Once the puppy is transferred, all sales are final — there are no refunds after adoption.

Breeder continues veterinary care, socialization, and updates until the agreed go-home date (typically around eight weeks of age). The puppy will not leave Breeder’s care until the full purchase price is paid and required documents are completed.

Buyer agrees to review and complete the Adoption Contract and any health-guarantee or registration paperwork before go-home, together with Breeder’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

By signing below, Buyer confirms they have read and understand this Agreement, including the reservation fee and refund terms, and agree to reserve the puppy identified above.
