This Waitlist Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Golden Haus Dachshunds ("Breeder"), operated by Charlotte Ivy, and the Buyer identified below.

The waitlist is for families awaiting an upcoming Dachshund litter. It does not reserve a puppy currently listed as Available. A waitlist place entitles Buyer to matching consideration and litter updates from Breeder.

Buyer agrees to pay a non-transferable waitlist fee of $300. This amount forms part of the standard puppy purchase price of $1,100 and is credited when Buyer adopts a puppy from Breeder under a signed Adoption Contract.

Breeder will provide litter news, possible matches, and progress updates as puppies grow. A waitlist place does not guarantee a specific puppy, coat, color, sex, or go-home date.

When a match is confirmed in writing, the remaining balance of $1,100 (after the $300 credit) is due under the Adoption Contract before go-home — typically $800.

The $300 waitlist fee is refundable if Buyer withdraws before a puppy is reserved or matched. After a match or reservation is confirmed, refund terms follow the signed Reservation Agreement and/or Adoption Contract.

Once a puppy has been transferred, all sales are final. There are no refunds after adoption. Any health guarantee is governed solely by the signed Adoption Contract and related guarantee documents.

Buyer agrees to complete all required documents before go-home. This Agreement is read together with Breeder’s Reservation Agreement, Adoption Contract, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, as applicable.

By signing below, Buyer confirms they have read and understand this Agreement, including the waitlist fee and refund terms, and agree to be bound by it.
